Include dynamic images in report

Hello - 

I currently have URL links to images we have saved on our Sharepoint site in a table, which is connected as a Data Link to a feature. I am trying to have that image be displayed in a report. Is there a way to display dynamic pictures from external links?

Or, what are some potential work arounds to getting images to be displayed in reports from data links? I tried using sub-reports on this but without any luck.
