How to select the feature attributes, from a dropdown list created from a feature?

Hello all

I have a drop-down list that was based on a feature class. The user has some dynamic options presented to him.

However, this drop-down list always returns to me as a feature type.

Let's say that this drop down has a list of cities (based on a feature class), and the user selects it. I want to have the city name as a string. I thought I should use Get Feature Attribute Value, and use the dropdown value on it, but no success.

I tried some long formulas such $getFormEventData.value.items[0].value.data.attributes.CITY and does not work either.

Any resources or tips on how to grab the attributes of a feature?

  Hi Gustavo,

  Have you tried the ArcGIS Query subworkflow template for populating a Drop Down List? If the city name is one of the fields in the feature class, that template might be what you're looking for. You can find it by selecting "Use a subworkflow in the options section of the Drop Down List config.
