Public access to Workflows in HTML5 Viewer has broken
We had a recent disruption to our network that blocked our VertiGIS applications from being accessible to the public. IT staff were able to fix the issue which re-enabled public access to our VertiGIS apps, but VertiGIS Studio Workflows and Reports within those applications are still not accessible to the public. Not sure why but they continue to be blocked by our firewall, i guess.
Would love to know how to fix this if anyone has any ideas. Thanks.

This is now fixed. I had VertiGIS Studio url references in my viewer config files pointing to my development Geocortex environment (for the last 2 years, apparently...didn't even realize it) and had to edit them to point to my production Geocortex environment. The reason why it suddenly wasn't working after all this time is that my development environment was also kicked offline with regard to public access and I didn't realize it until just now.
