Site Loading Stops
I have a site that automatically logs in the user with their Windows identity on launch. I have a user for whom the site stops loading while initializing the site. It's loading the JavaScript modules and just stops before the startup workflow begins.
I had the user open an incognito window and log in manually, but the site still stopped loading during initialization.
The site works for other users without issue.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this or why it's happening?

Sounds like a user/role/identity issue. Check with the permissions tab in Manager and make sure it is correctly lined up. Also another thing to check is the the group
Issuer="urn:gcx:ags:XXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXX" />
on the site.xml(usually at the bottom). Sometimes that could cause issues as well. Make sure al Issuers have the same GUID/ID.
Also, open the workflow permissions as well. Try to remove the workflow to see if that helps..then you know you have an issue with the workflow.

And after a browser cache cleaning or in a different browser? Specific errors in browser console?

Hi Nico!
No error. No nothing. Traffic just stops dead in the water. I neglected to have the user try the app in Edge, but I'll do that today.
I've not seen anything like it . . .

William Bean I'll take a look at that GUID/ID thing. I've never noticed that before.
