This hotfix release addresses functional issues with Utility Network and SubtypeGroupLayers:

Unable to create a feature as part of a Utility Network webmap with SubtypeGroupLayer layers [204740]

Templates not loaded when editing features that are part of SubtypeGroupLayer layers within a Utility Network webmap [211594]

Poor snapping performance against SubtypeGroupLayer [213787]

VertiGIS Studio Web is available as a SaaS offering at https://apps.vertigisstudio.com/web/designer.
If you are using a subdomain, update your Esri portal authentication app item and add a URI redirect entry for yourdomain.apps.vertigisstudio.com in addition to your existing yourdomain.apps.geocortex.com redirect entry.

This is a SaaS only release.
The fixes will be available in an on-premises installer as part of the upcoming 5.23 release.
