A few weeks ago, I added a feature service from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 to Essential and it was working fine. Then all of a sudden, my users are getting the layer is missing alert message. I looked into the Add Map Services section, I noticed the folder where the Feature Service is stored is no longer available. see screenshots. Nothing has changes on my Portal end. I have a test environment that is on the latest version of Essential and it is not experiencing the issue. Aside from the version differences, is there a reason why a folder/directory on my server REST directory would disappear suddenly? Is there a fix?
I try to re-establish the Map Service connection , I get the same result. Folders are missing, but in 4.14, I don't see this issue.
