Migrating to the VertiGIS Global Support Platform

On May 15 2023 we began the process of migrating the VertiGIS Community site content into the VertiGIS Support site, https://support.vertigis.com.

Articles and open tickets will be moved first, and since the historic forum posts will take several hours to import, they will appear throughout the day. We'll move the newest posts first, so ongoing discussions can continue.

In the new site, we won't have an Announcements forum, we'll use Articles to make announcements for VertiGIS Studio. That will allow us to issue announcements in multiple languages, and will let you subscribe to only the product(s) you need.

We're migrating your subscriptions and will set up redirects for Knowledge Articles. We're investigating redirects for forum threads as well, but since there are thousands of those that may not be feasible.

We are not able to move across any Support tickets that were closed more than a month ago. The tickets still exist, and VertiGIS Staff can see them, but customers won't see them from the Support site. This is a limitation of the underlying platform and we'll work to see if we can bring those back at some point. In the meantime, if you need info on an older ticket, please contact us and we'll assist with that.
