SAP DSE functions in projects/subprojects

Customer has been using SAP  DSE functions: Create FunLoc, Raise FunLoc and Sync to SAP for some time and they have enabled planning now but  found problems running the functions in projects/subprojects:

Is it possible to include these options with the planning layer.
