Add information field in string format in the ID field (Operation - Fiber Monitoring) - 6066

Hello support team

We need to be able to add information in string format in the ID field (Operation - Fiber Monitoring). Today this field only accepts information in the format of integers.

I have attached an image of the type of information that needs to be added.

  Is it possible to use the description field as an alternate or workaround
