In observance of the holidays, and so our employees can spend time with their families, the VertiGIS LLC office will be closed for New Year's(observed) on Monday, 01/02/23 and reopen on Tuesday, 01/03/23.
When the office is closed, any tickets submitted on the holiday will be followed up on the next business day.
If you have an urgent issue, you can still open a ticket using the online submission form, setting it to Urgent priority, and an on-call resource will respond to assist as quickly as possible.
***NOTICE***
Due to staffing shortages during the holidays there may be delays to initial responses on new tickets, follow ups on existing ones and incoming phone calls. We will work to maintain all scheduled communications and report any need to reschedule if and when possible. We appreciate your patience during this time and we will ensure that our priorities will remain constant.
