As discussed at our User's Conference, and as referenced in our email forwarding message the past few months, we will be shutting down the old Mapcom Zendesk instance as of 12/01/2022.
Any tickets submitted through that Zendesk instance or to the old support@mapcom.com email will not be delivered.
Please continue using this site, the VertiGIS Support Center, to submit tickets and access our knowledgebase.
