VertiGIS Printing Layout Designer tools are not displayed after installation under ArcGIS Pro 2.9

After installing VertiGIS Layout Designer the tools are not displayed in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.

The cause is in the installer that currently does not recognize ArcGIS Pro 2.9 and therefore installs the add-in for version 2.4. The bug will be solved in the next release of WebOffice.

With a few steps the problem can be worked around.

1. Uninstall WebOffice author
2. Reinstall WebOffice Author without VertiGIS Printing Designer for ArcGIS Pro.
   
   
   
   
3. Install the VertiGIS.Printing.Author.esriAddinX add-in (attached to this article) directly by double-clicking on it.
