Error messages in VertiGIS FM may not always be displayed in full. The full error text, including additional supporting details, is important for the support and development teams to quickly identify and resolve an issue.
Complete the following steps to view the error message(s) in full:
1. Click on the white downward pointing arrow on the far right side of the error message to fully expand the window.
2. The error message is now completely displayed:
Copy and paste the full error text into your support request.
This will help us analyze the problem more efficiently and lead to a faster resolution.
