If you encounter a blank pop-up page during the Licensing and/or Portal sections of the Post Installer for an on-prem installation of one of the VertiGIS Studio products, there is a chance that your firewall or antivirus software is interfering with the necessary requests to complete these steps. In particular, third-party programs like FortiEDR or Cortex XDR have been known to cause problems.
Please try temporarily disabling your firewall and antivirus software to complete the Post Installer(s). NOTE: It is important to check with your IT/IS/Network team to make sure this is safe to do in your environment.
