We have had reports from some customers that they are not receiving email from our Support platform. It is likely that they are being blocked as spam by the recipient domain.
Other customers have reported that emails from the Support platform are being routed into quarantine.
We recommend you configure your mail client to allow email from the following:
- support@vertigis.com
- vertigisstudio-support@vertigis.com
- support@geocortex.com
- customerservice-ca@vertigis.com
In addition, if your network is configured to filter or block incoming connections, please ensure that the IP addresses for the server(s) mail.zendesk.com are not being blocked. For configuration details, please refer to this article.
VertiGIS is a global company, and some of our mail servers are located in Europe. We recommend ensuring any location-based filtering rules will allow emails to arrive from the servers listed above.
