If not changed, you will find the protocol files by default in the directory "%appdata%\DynamicDesign\ConnectMaster\" as "CmWinClient-Protocol-<YYYYMMDD-HHMM>.txt" or for the Admin Tool as "AtWinClient-Protocol-<YYYYMMDD-HHMM>.txt".
If another path was set, you can find it in the library under "General - Settings - Custom log directory".
Why
To better understand the problem, we ask you to send us the log - file, or as its called in ConnectMaster - protocol with your request. ConnectMaster creates a separate protocol file for each session, which has the respective timestamp in its file name.
After executing the workflow leading to the error, attach the corresponding (latest) protocol file to your support request.
You can add manually named markers to the protocol file, for example to mark the start and end of the workflow in question.
