Now Available: VertiGIS Studio Web 5.43.2
We are pleased to announce the release of VertiGIS Studio Web 5.43.2. This is a targeted release that addresses a specific integration conflict for developers and organizations using complex third-party SDKs.
What is included in this release This update resolves an issue where Studio Web's automatic SDK upgrade logic was inadvertently overriding and breaking React 18 emulation code within custom external SDK libraries [394602].
To solve this, we have introduced a new escape hatch. SDK authors can now include the text vsw-skip-upgrade in their library code's comment header. Studio Web will detect this flag and bypass the automatic upgrade process for that specific library, ensuring that custom compatibility layers remain intact and functional.
Who needs this update This release is exclusively important for customers and developers who are deploying third-party SDKs that rely on their own internal compatibility code.
Standard, out-of-the-box Studio Web applications are not impacted by this issue.
VertiGIS Studio Web is available as a SaaS offering at https://apps.vertigisstudio.com/web/designer.
