Add Erase Markup Command

In Geocortex there used to be a faster way to remove individual markup from the map using the Erase tool. I would like to see similar functionality in VertiGIS Studio Web so users can save time, instead of having to click edit markup and choose delete.

  You can already do this with a map.clear-markup command. We have it working after a sketching.capture-geometry command and a map.get-markup command.
