Same workflow shown multiple times in result list after assigning it to sublayers result action.

When I assign the same workflow to multiple sublayers in the result action, the workflow appears multiple times in the result list after selecting parcels from those sublayers. I don’t know how to solve this issue. Hiding the workflow from the result list would also solve the problem. Do you know how to solve this issue?
