Default text symbology

Hey,

Via Services - Drawing it's possible to define default symbology when drawing. The same is not possible for text symbology, such as for Location Notes. 

Having the option to define default text symbology in the designer would be beneficial.

  I strongly support this improvement! Our customers are asking for this and see real value in it. It would be a natural next step to have the same option for text.
