Location Note - remember font and style

Happy to see that Location Note font/style adjustments were added in 5.27. I think there are more improvements needed here. 

Each time a user adds a Location Note, the font reverts to the original default style. This can be annoying if the default style does not work for the map and the user consistently has to change the font over and over again for each note that is added.  

Two suggestions:

• Allow the site administrator to adjust the default note style (the current default is too large);
• Make the last edited style ‘sticky’ so that when subsequent notes are added, the style is persevered.

  This is a really good idea and something that many of our customers have been asking about. I hope to see it implemented in the coming versions.

  I have users that are adding many location notes in a session, and having to set the Text symbology every time you create a note wastes so much time for these users.  
  
  Please add the ability to set text display options for the entire session (similar to the way we can for polygons, lines and points) and not each individual note instance.
