Turn off highlight?
Hi there,
I'm hoping this is an easy one, I don't want everything to light up when I click on the layer in VertiGIS Studio Web. I just want the pulse and the popup.
I took the training over a year ago now, and I have been looking through the manual but I cannot seem to figure this out. Anyone know how to simply disable the highlights?

Hi Andree,
It should be possible to stop the highlights from appearing by removing the highlights.add and/or highlights.add-focus commands from the various events in your app. Depending on how your app is configured, these commands may also appear as “Add Highlight” or “Add Focus”.
For example, the cyan highlight in your screenshot is the default focus highlight, which typically appears when a feature is shown in the Result Details. To prevent this from happening, you could go into the Result Details component settings, expand the Events section, and remove the “Add Focus” command from the Result Shown event.
There are several different places where these commands tend to be configured, so you may need to repeat this process a few times to fully get rid of the highlights. Each app is unique, so there is no definitive list of locations where you will find these commands, but you will typically find them in the results components (i.e. Results List, Results Table, Result Summary, and Result Details).
