Results Order

Good Afternoon. We are in the process of migrating our main Parcel Viewer from Geocortex to VertiGIS Studio Web. 

One of the issues that we always had before was when doing a selection on the map, results would come back in a random order from the various layers that were turned on. Sometimes the parcel(s) would be first, sometimes the PLSS Section, etc. We were told it was based on how ArcGIS Server returned the results.shar

Is this something that can be controlled in VertiGIS Studio Web. We are wanting to always have the Parcel(s) first in the results and then whatever order after that.

If this can't be done out of the box, I'm guessing we'd have to create a workflow?
