Geocortex Web 5.15 Immediate Sign Out Issue
I have a client on ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1, so we installed Geocortex Web Viewer 5.15 for them, as it's the verified version that is 10.9.1-compatible. It and the other applications are installed on a server dedicated to Geocortex/VertiGIS Studio. I've successfully licensed it and federated Web Viewer Designer with Portal for ArcGIS. Something odd I've run into is, if I try to sign into the Designer from the server where it's installed, it will sign in without issue, show the main page of Designer, and then immediately sign out. If I sign into Designer from another server, it signs in fine and stays signed in.
I tested this on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. The automatic sign out continues to occur on Edge; it happened once on Chrome but now stays logged in without issue.
I checked the browser dev tools network tab, and didn't see anything unusual.
Anyone else encounter this before? Is it just MS Edge? Thanks!

Hi Jack Charde this sounds like a browser-specific issue, though I have not found detail on it in our internal system.
I noted you said you went with version 5.15 because that was stated as 10.9.1 compatible. I wanted to clarify, we are not aware of any compatibility issues with the latest version of VertiGIS Studio Web, which is 5.31, with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1. I would suggest upgrading to the latest VSW 5.31 and re-testing to see if this occurs there.

Thank you for such a speedy reply! That sounds like it, since I can get it to work on Chrome (not yet Firefox-tested). Wonderful, re: version compatibility. You responded just in time for my meeting with the client, so I'll pass this info on.

@... Just stopping back in to let you know VGS Web 5.31 did not automatically sign out on Edge.
