Studio Web Viewer not following popup activation settings of Webmap
Hi everyone,
We are currently migrating our old viewers to the new Studio Web suite and we are experiencing problems with the activation of our popups. We want to create our popups either on the service level or on the Webmap level. This includes turning off pupups for many layers as these are just visual context layers. As a result these layers have no custom popup configuration. However, we have now concluded that the Studio Web viewer does not honor the settings for the popup from the Popup and just shows a standard popup layout which is unreadable for the users. Especially because we might have a layer which has a lot of features which should not be identifiable. I don't want to have to go into the viewer and once again input settings which are already in the Webmap anyway.
Are there options to honor the webmap settings? And if not does anybody have a good idea?

We are having the exact same problem, using VSW 5.31.
It's really frustrating.

We are experiencing the exact same Thing using VSW 5.30. We spent a really long time configuring this when we were using Web app builder.

Feedback from VertiGIS that they are able to reproduce the error and consider it as a bug. Hopefully they will resolve this soon in the coming version(s).

Also find this frustrating… Don't think it has been fixed yet…
