Long description not working as expected in Show Results activity

In Studio Workflow 5, I have the results of a query (a parcel layer) that I would like shown in the Results Detail, using attribute values I've added to the Label Format, Description Format, and Long Description Format inputs.

Both the Label Format and Description Format inputs are displaying as expected, however, the Long Description Format does not seems to be working, and instead, the attribute fields from the parcel layer is displayed in the order specified in Layer Extension's Field Extensions…

In this case, Owner Name, Site Address, and Assessor Tax Information were included as expected in the Description Format input. But notice the list of attributes included underneath…

How do I remove the list of attributes? The formatting in the Web Map is not being honored in the Workflow result, and neither is the Long Description Format. Not sure I'm understanding what's happening.

This the Rest API endpoint that is being used in the query:

  The Label and Description inputs are for the older Geocortex Essentials HTML5 Viewer, not VS Web; I'm guessing you're using the latter based on your mention of a Web Map, does this mean an ArcGIS Web Map consumed in a VS Web Viewer?

  In either case, you probably want to use the Map format in your results so use the Service ID with either the Layer ID or Name to bind to the appropriate layer in your map.
