Imagery Layer pop up / print

Hey 

I was able to add and visualize imagery layer in VertiGIS Web and although it does have pop up showing pixel value and works fine in Webmap but pop up or identity doesn't work and show pop up in VertiGIS Web? is this supported in web or it's the issue with us or layer?

Similar issue with printing function as well, while printing works fine in Web map, lovely VertiGIS printing fails to show the imagery layer in output.

Any workaround, documentionation around that would be appreciated.

  Hi, I have a similar problem with a WMS which has pop-up and identify working fine in the webmap but not in my VertiGIS Web apps. As above, any workaround or documentation about how to resolve this would be very much welcomed. Thanks.

  I could figure out what the workaround is, while Tile layer identify works fine, We notice one you publish imagery layer using AGOL, Tile Imagery does not support Identify operation. Once publish tile layer as Dynamic imagery layer , Identify would add as supported operation and works fine in VertiGIS web although Tile and dynamic imagery is supported query but seems not in Web.

  

  Also Printing works fine once I published the Imagery Layer to Dynamic Imagery Layer.

  As a result I needed an extra steps to create a dynamic imagery layer from Tiled imagery layer to get thing working fine in Vertigis Web.
