Tooltip on panels in tabs

I would be very useful if it was possible to do tooltips/descriptions on panels which are inside a layout container. In this way the user could get some context and an indication of whether or not the tab is the right one before opening. As it is now the title of the pane is the same as the tooltip. Thus, you can not have a tab which is called Draw as a titlen and then a more elaborate tooltip 

Multiple of our customers are asking for this, and I have not found a way to do it yet.
