Switch Between AGOL and Portal Accounts when Adding Layer

Would be very helpful to have the ability to be able to switch between external AGOL account and internal ESRI Portal when adding layer from AGOL/Portal.  Currently, user only can add data from the AGOL or Portal account and is not able to switch between accounts.  This would be similar to what you can do in ArcGIS Pro:
