  I do not exactly understand you question, but I guess the combination ArcGIS 11.2 and Essentials 4.15.1 will work, but is not tested.

  I think the JavaScript 3.x API retirement on July 1, 2024 is a bigger risk.

  yeah, I want to upgrade my Enterprise Server (that powers my essentials 4.15.1 site) to the just released 11.2
