print output include all layers regardless of group later visibility
Since yesterday which Vertigis web and ArcGIS online is updated, apart from vertigis web issue we came across an issue with vertigis printing as well.
Vertigis web does not consider group layer visibility and in the print out put all layer shows regardless of parent group visibility. and in the large map with more layers it just return blank screen.
has anyone face the same issue?

I'm replying to this in case others come across this post. This has been identified as a bug and a fix is in testing.
There will be a minor release to address this issue.

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for checking in! The bug I was referring to was a VertiGIS Studio Web bug (246444: VS Printing print templates not respecting grouped layers) - this was fixed in the 5.26.1 release of Web.
If you're experiencing the same issue, we recommend reaching out to the Support team so we can investigate if upgrading Web doesn't resolve things for you.
