Server WF and API calls

Hello VS Team,

One thought is to allow API calls on server WFs. For security reasons and utilizing service account users, we would like to make some API calls directly from the server so that the service user account information is not directly accessible to a device out in the field and outside our intranet. Data would still be pushed from a user's device, however it would be processed by our internal server.

  For licensing reasons it is not possible to use Esri's APIs via server workflows.

  You can make API calls from VSWF server-side or client side. At the most basic level, you can use a web request to make an HTTP request via the Send Web Request activity.
