Add non-Moment.js examples to Format Date documentation

It took me a while to find that I could use the non-Moment.js and Luxon datetime format tokens, such as YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss, in the Format Date activity.

I had seen several other community posts that maybe missed that as well.

I was having issues with getting the Moment and Luxon format tokens to match up with some of my SQL dates and datetimes, with arithmetic overflows and data type mismatches.

  The format date activity only supports the ten format options that we list. There are no plans to change that at this time.
