How do I specify multiple map services in the ESRI Javascript API template

This demo contains multiple map services: http://resources.geocortex.com/essentials/apis/javascript/samples/livesamples/sampleviewer/index.html I cannot see where these extra services are configured. I see one dynamic service being served up by the Essentials REST. Where are the other two services configured?
