Print Measure Tool Mark-UpsResults

Is it possible to print measure tool mark-ups? City staff (and I) cannot seem to figure out how to...if it is possible at all. I thought it was...seems fairly straight forward. Basically I am using the measure tool to show a specific measured area....I want to have that info included in my print out (using a print template). When I click print templates...the measure tool info disappears.
