Feature Layers *

Hi,

I have a few questions with regard to Feature Layers.

1) I don't seem to be able to turn off a Feature Layer in the Table of Contents  - is this right?

2) I have set up a Report which works fine with a standard map service, but the same report fails when pointed at a feature layer of the same data.  Should a report work on a feature layer?

3)  Feature Layers do not support identify - so what's the best practice for providing this functionality in a viewer - have a single map service which supports a feature editing and then add the data as a map service and a feature layer, or have two separate map services one which supports feature editing, or is there a third option?
