An entry with the same Key already exists

We are building search form and lookup queries. All forms work like they should execpt for one.   We have a simple form with only 1 dropdownlist. This form works.. but when we enter a loopupquery name the form opens. but give the error.   An entry with the same Key already exists   When we remove the lookup from the dropdownlist no problem (but no lookup ofcourse :) ) When we put anything in the lookupquery name box of the this error pops up.   we tried any name from lq1, to just 1, fullnames like lookupqueryforparcels etc. Just anything in the name box results in this error.. Even if the lookupquery doesn't exist at all. Just putting something in the lookupqueryname of the dropdownlist and Error.

  Removed the workflow, definition, form etc. and made it new..   No problems anymore.
