Reports with Overview maps won't print

I have a fairly standard 117"x11" map layout based on the template that ships with Essential, but every time I try to print from the sample flex viewer, Essentials throws an error.

 

The log file shows an error related to a missing / null value for a parameter called evelope. The actual error message follows:

 

InvalidOperationException: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: envelope

 

If I remove the overview map from the map layout, it will print fine. Can someone explain what additional parameter(s) need to be send as part of a map request when an overview map is included in the layout? Peter Hanmore

  I'm afraid that I cannot seem to duplicate this error. If you can post your site.xml I could look at your print template configuration and see if anything is amiss. It could also be related to the specific mapservices you are using, especially whichever one has been configured to act as the overview map in REST Manager.
