Design question
We like to do mail labels in a number of different ways - Owner, Resident, Non-Resident Owner, with or without doing a buffer, etc. I'm trying to decide if it makes more sense to create a single large workflow to handle all situations, or whether I should create smaller one function workflows and then maybe combine them all on a Mail Label tool bar? Any thoughts?

Mike,
I would suggest you create one-function workflows for modularity reasons. But rather than using multiple buttons in the toolbar create a "Parent" workflow that allows you to select and run one of the smaller one-function workflows. This way if you wish to use a single one-function workflow on its own somewhere else, you can do so without pulling apart a large all-in-one workflow. If you need any help creating the Parent workflow let me know, I have created a working version already.
Cheers,
Paul

I have a similar question as mike I have created multiple individual search workflows and would like to create a parent workflow
to utilize these individual searches in a single tool. Can you share the steps required to put together a parent workflow?
Thanks John

Paul,
How can workflows appear in the left hand panel, without having to popup, as I see it in geocortex demo website (charlotte) ?

Yau Yeng Yew,
Within the properties window of the Display form there is a In Argument called Region Name, simply enter "DataRegion" (with quotes) and the form will display in the left hand pane.
Cheers,
Paul

Hi Paul
Thanks very much for posting the sample of how to create a parent workflow
along with your explanation.
I have implemented this for multiple searches and it works well.
Thanks John
