Create map Service wizard - list of ArcGIS servers?

Folks,

The Create Map Service wizard in the Rest Manager ask you to enter the server/arcgis/rest/services etc... again and again. Could this workflow be customisable to include a pre-defined list of internal ArcGIS Servers, rather than manually typing these out all the time?

Trivial maybe, but would be useful
