Inconsistent Header Map in Reporting and Map Behaviors

Geocortex Essentials 3.4.1, Silverlight Viewer 1.2.1, FireFox 6.0.2, Windows Server 2008

I am trying to get the Sub Report Header Map within a Parcel Report to show the Highlighted Parcels of the Selection I have created.  What it shows is just the map of the current extents of the browser map.  However, I believe this is strange behavior when I perform this action of using the Rectangle Selection (or other selection methods), select some parcels, and generate a report.  But before I download the report, I can print the map or export the map as an image, and I see the highlighted parcels.  Once I download the report, this will not be available.

Now, if I do a Selection buffer of parcels, (Refine Results to only Parcels), then Click on the First one, and use Shift-Click to the last selection, it highlights all the Parcels, but in the Map it doesn't show them all being selected, or when I hover over a parcel in the selection table, it highlights the parcel in the map.  With multiple selected parcels, I right click and click "Add Features to My Selection" and send these parcel to the My Selection View.  So now they are highlighted in the Map, I right click on the Selection, and click "Generate Report".  So it generates the report, but still no selection in the Sub Report Header Map.  Yet when I Print or Export the Map, it shows up.

How can I address this inconsistency?  Would it be a behavior fix?
