error with site

I have not edited this site in manager but when trying to open this site today I am getting an Object reference not set to an instance of an object. error. I looked over the site.xml file and I am not seeing any errors. I have not manually edited the site xml file either. Any one have any ideas on how to fix this. I really do not want to create a new site file. I pasted the stack below.
