Common Client not existing

I am trying to create a work flow. When I go through the tutorials and videos, I can see in Geocortex Workflow Designer, there is a category "Common Client". It is between Flowchart and Common Server. Amazingly when I opened my Geocortex Workflow Designer, I do not see this category at all. It contains all the functions for Alert, Confirm, Prompt, CaptureGeometry, RefreshMap, SetMapExtent and ExternalDelay. I need this to create a workflow.

Does anyone know why it is missing?

  Perhaps the .dll with Common Client is not getting initialized properly. For me, if Geocortex.Workflow.Activities.dll is missing on startup of Geocortex Workflow Designer, I cannot access to these activity groups:

  Common Client, Common Viewer, ArcGIS Server, Modeling, Conversion

  Could you check in your '<GE_INSTALL>\<instance>\Workflow Designer' directory for Geocortex.Workflow.Activities.dll? If it is missing, you should be able to copy the .dll from the '<GE_INSTALL>\<instance>\REST Elements\REST\bin' directory.
