Feature Hyperlinks (Links) Tool

Is there any intention of duplicating the functionality of the Feature Hyperlinks tool from Web ADF to REST?   The current way in Silverlight to put them in the Attributes area of the "View Addrional Details" really is pretty cludgy.  The ability to click on the Link Tool and then click on the map to bring up all available hyperlinks for any/all layers that have been configured is SO much better and easier to use.  This is preventing me from moving ahead with REST.  Being able to access multiple documents was critical to the success and adoption of GIS here at the City, and I can't ask my folks to go backward on this.  I could maybe see doing this in a report, but that is still more complicated than it needs to be.
