Export CSV - Respect Manager settings

After performing an identify I look at the results in Table View and then choose to export the results to CSV.  The exported file included all the attributes from the feature and the field name instead of the display name.

Is it possible to restrict which fields are exported and to use the display name as column headings in the csv file?
