Buffer on Latitude/Longitude Point

This workflow takes a user defined GCS DD coordinate pair and a buffer distance value to buffer on parcels and produce an Avery 5160 mailing label report. Since there is already a nice Analysis task to manually enter Lat/Lon coordinates how might I integrate this external process into my workflow?
