How to control where the Form is displayed

Is there a way to specify a coordinate for the form to pop up? The form I have is long so the bottom is touching the bottom of the screen. And when users select a drop down to populate a list, the bottom completely disappear. See images below.

I would have though it would appear in the middle, because the smaller forms do, but this one isn't and I would like to specify the top left or something like that.

  I don't have a solution for the popup, but if you want the form to appear on the data panel on the left side (where your Layer List is) instead

  you need to specify "DataRegion" in Region Name on the DisplayForm
