Layer Highlight

Hi,

We just upgraded to GE 3.8/Silverlight 1.5. I updated the 'Feature Border Color" & "Feature Fill Color" both to Red. But when I refresh my viewer and select a feature, nothing the color is the same yellow as it was before. What am I missing?
