Feature Map in Report does not work with a hole in polygon

I have been running into an issue getting feature maps to work with a report.  After much trial and error, I found that if the selected feature had a hole in the polygon, it would fail to create the report.  Unfortunately, the layer is question is a wetlands layer with a lot of holes in the polys. It seems like the same code that highlights the feature with an identify could be used for the feature map print.
