Map Service Details Tab - can its display be controlled?
Can anyone indicate if the 'details tab' for map service configuration is able to be switched off?
The reason i ask is if you do not populate it with any values (which i rarely do or want to (suprised if many people actually bother to use this form?)), it results in a blank 'details' tab being displayed on the detailed attribute form in SL viewer.
If its display is not configurable, then i will add to the enhancements request as it results in poor GUI design.

On a related topic, can the tab display be controlled (e.g. default tab to be show on detailed attribute form display, tab order, tab (show/hid))?
Going even further, can this form (feature details form) be customised w.r.t. its gui styling?

I take some of my comments back, just viewed the webmaps.orcity.org viewer & i really do like the google streetview / bing birds-eye integration on the Details Tab.
On this integration, can this be done without holding a location as an attribute (e.g. can a features locations be dynamically passed as a parameter from the geometry of the object itself?).
Cheers

I think i've managed to answer this one myself.
In short, refer to 'Customize the Feature Details Dialog' in Silverlight Dev Guide...
Not configuration but rather customisaiton.
If there are other options that i've missed please let me know.

Hi to all
does anyone have the code snippet used to get the google streetview image into the Details Tab?
I am sure that I could track it down but if it is at hand then that would be great.
Thanks

Just wondering if anyone can provide a response to both mine & Ralph's queries w.r.t. embedding google maps or bing maps into the details tab?

Here's the code behind our Feature Long Description. Props to Mike Hargreaves, who posted it in the Code Gallery.

My issue is however associated with the fact Mike's maptip solution would appear to rely on an attribute field to get the location info. I was hoping to make use of the geometry of the object etc. Any idea's anybody?
